We are looking for a
Customer Service Administrator:
We currently have a vacancy to work within the sales department.
The successful candidate will interface with a range of external customers and also our internal planning, production, purchasing, design, technical, dispatch and finance teams, to ensure that both customer and company requirements are met.
Training will be provided to ensure understanding of the AS400 is met and processes shown correctly.

Working Pattern of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, No weekends:
The hours are 34.5 hours a week, 30 minutes unpaid Lunch or 1-hour unpaid Lunch taken between 12pm – 2pm. Chosen when offer of employment is presented.
We have a lovely office staff room with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, utensils and water station but do not serve hot food onsite.
Monday - Thursday - 7 hours
9AM– 4:30PM (30-minute break) OR 9AM – 5PM (1 Hour break)
Fridays – 6.5 hours:
9AM – 4:00PM (30 -minute break) OR 9AM – 4:30PM (1 Hour break)
